Design-partner discussions

Define the pilot before evaluating the product.

Use a bounded, shadow-mode evaluation to test whether the review process is useful. The scope below is a discussion framework, not a signed service commitment.

Proposed scope

Keep responsibilities and outcomes explicit.

Start with synthetic cases

Check functionality, workflow, and records without processing actual candidate information.

Agree before expanding

Approve data handling, job criteria, reviewers, sample selection, timing, and commercial terms before using any real data.

No automatic candidate action

Operate separately from the live hiring outcome. Record disagreement and reviewer findings without updating an ATS automatically.

Deliverables to confirm in the pilot agreement

  • A documented workflow, criteria, and responsibility map.
  • A reviewable record for each included case, including missing responses.
  • An evaluation report separating useful findings, false alarms, review effort, and execution cost.
  • A joint go/no-go discussion based on agreed thresholds.

Customer responsibilities include authorised data access, a named HR owner, qualified reviewers, and participation from security or procurement as required. Evolyxis responsibilities and support arrangements are agreed in writing.

Planning tool

Estimate review effort from your own assumptions.

The initial inputs are editable examples. They are not Evolyxis measurements, prices, or recommended staffing levels.

The estimate excludes model charges, implementation, and platform fees. No financial return or time saving is promised.
